In the 2020 Kansas Legislative Session, the Kansas Legislature faces several important decisions about the future of our state, and I need your input as I prepare to represent you during this legislative session in Topeka. Topics of importance range from expanding Medicaid coverage to Kansas' working poor, passing a renewed 10-year Comprehensive Transportation Plan, expanding legal possession of cannabis for bona fide medical diagnosis and constitutional amendments addressing the legal right to seek an abortion and citizen-initiated referendum to pass Constitutional amendments without action of the Legislature.
