In the two centuries since the establishment of the Supreme Court, no Black woman has ever been nominated. Our nation deserves a progressive Black woman Supreme Court Justice – and that time is now.

White supremacy has stopped Black women from making their way to the nation’s highest Court. And while we are on track to finally right this wrong, we know that the Senate has their own share of white supremacists who will attempt to block Judge Jackson from getting to the bench.
