This Westminster Government's pay offer means we're losing over £11,000 per year in real-terms pay cuts when compared to 2010.

This has driven nursing vacancies sky-rocketing to over 45,000 vacancies - that means low pay puts patient safety at risk.

This Government says there's not enough money, but we know they've spent £37 billion on a failed Test and Trace system and £4 Billion on low-quality 'PPE' that they literally had to burn. So there is money for an inflation-beating pay rise - we're just not seeing it.
