This week, we ask you to spread the word about the bad legislation coming out of Jefferson City. Most people don't pay attention to state government, although it has arguably the most power over our everyday lives. Start by reading and sharing this KC Star editorial on Governor Greitens' recent decisions to sign and veto the worst possible combination of bills this session:
As the Star notes, "Punishing Missouri’s most vulnerable citizens — children, the elderly, the poor — isn’t tough. It’s the behavior of a bully governor, insensitive to the needs of anyone except himself and his outsized political ambitions."
