Sign this letter of support to urge Congress to enact the Substance Use, Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Act S.4301 and pass this legislation as part of any legislative package addressing mental health and substance use that is considered this year.

This bill will create a 10% recovery set-aside and add a substantial increase to the Substance Abuse Block Grant’s (SABG) authorization in the SAMHSA reauthorization legislation.
