Credible child abusers like David Byrd don’t deserve to hold public office.

For weeks we have been attending the Education Committee hearings in silent protest of Byrd’s chairmanship. We confronted Speaker Glen Casada on his lies at a Republican fundraiser and he ran to his car to avoid us. We met with Governor Lee who dismissed Byrd’s victims by refusing to follow up with any significant action. We have delivered signatures, made phone calls, and sent videos to our elected officials to make our demands clear: David Byrd must go.
