The full House passed both articles of impeachment against President Trump -- one for abusing his power for personal political gain and one for trying to cover it up once he got caught.

But Fred Upton decided to walk away from his oath of office and let Trump off the hook. If we are going to hold our elected leaders accountable for this, they need to know where we stand.
