Add your name to fight for justice for all

Last week, we mourned anti-Black violence, and we commemorated the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington, when Dr. King called for action and spoke of the “fierce urgency of now.”

We are still urgently fighting for justice and equity, after years of right-wing court rulings that undermined our hard-fought civil rights laws—and now amidst escalating attacks on our communities and our rights.

Congress can expand the rights of millions of people by taking action like passing the Justice For All Act of 2023.

The bill would strengthen our civil rights laws, which prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, or national origin.

This legislation would clarify the definitions of “race” and “sex” to include race-related traits, sex-related traits, sexual orientation, pregnancy, gender identity, and sex stereotypes.

It would prohibit both intentional and unintentional discrimination, and empower people to take on injustice in the workplace, in housing, in interactions with police, and more.

Please join the urgent call for justice, equity, and safety by signing on to support the Justice For All Act of 2023.
