Activists are the heart and soul of our party. Without them, we wouldn't be able to achieve our goals as a movement and make a difference in our communities. We want to make sure our Party is fighting fit ahead of the upcoming General Election. That means creating an atmosphere where activists feel welcome, respected, and valued, and where we can discuss and debate policy and politics in a comradely fashion.

We recognise the hard work and dedication of Party members. That's why we want to encourage CLP Chairs, Secretaries and TULO Officers to take part in our Survey. We want to hear your ideas on how we can improve Party culture in CLPs by hearing about best practice. For example:  What does your CLP do really well that creates a comradely atmosphere? How can we work more closely with trade unions in our area?

CLPs are moving to new boundaries after Annual Conference in October. In some CLPs, this will mean a lot of change. It’s also a great opportunity to press the reset button, turn a page and look to the future!
