A Basic Income Conversation is a structured discussion that helps you deepen your understanding of basic income and look at its potential impacts. They are led by your stories - of why we need basic income, what we’d do with it and what impact it would have on our communities.

We’ve created the Basic Income Conversation Toolkit to help you lead the Conversation.

The Toolkit talks you through a step by step process so you can bring people together for a Basic Income Conversation. It includes template agendas, resources, tips and guides - everything you need to host a Conversation!

You might support basic income and want to get more people to hear about it. Maybe you’re not quite sure of the idea and want to talk it through. You might want to explore how a basic income would impact your area of work. However you’re coming to it, if basic income has piqued your interest it’s time to have the Basic Income Conversation.

If you’d like to learn more, we’re hosting a series of Toolkit Tutorials in April. We'll be sharing the Conversations strategy, walk you through how to use the toolkit, answer any questions, and equip with you the resources you need to start having Basic Income Conversations. You'll meet others having Conversations across the country and share tips.
