Once the General Election is called a vital part of communicating that Ellie has lots of support all across Herefordshire is making sure there are posters and posterboards in as many spots as possible!

We'll need a team of people to make this possible, here are the roles you can help with and what they involve:

North Herefordshire Poster/Board Coordinator
- Before the election: contact people who've said they'd like a poster/board to work out whether they need a poster or a posterboard. Work with others to assess our current posterboard stock and fix/replace as needed.
- Once the election is called: Coordinate the distribution of posters and posterboards to residents with the distribution team.

Posterboard Maker & Fixer:
- Before the election: help to fix/replace posterboards in our current stock.
- Once the election is called: help finish posterboards so they're ready for distribution. Help fix/replace posterboards that have been damaged/lost after being distributed.

Local Posterboard Distributer:
- Before the election: nothing!
- Once the election is called: help drive posterboards around your area to residents - you will need a car/van of medium-large size to fit enough posterboards in!

Poster Distributer:
- Before the election: nothing!
- Once the election is called: help distribute posters to residents in your area.
