Pennsylvania’s mail ballot system is an important improvement to our voting system. It provides a secure and convenient option for voters and has resulted in more voters participating in elections. However, there are occasional issues for some voters. If you have experienced any problems, please complete this form so we can help track issues.
We will attempt to contact you to provide assistance if possible, and we will use any reports to help our Voter Services and Policy teams advocate on behalf of all voters.
