The New York Caring Majority is forming a large, powerful resistance choir and all are invited to be part of it! The Caring Majority Choir will start off by learning three songs in two or three-part harmony (!) that will be unleashed at various actions across the state as we fight for Fair Pay for Home Care.

We will be following in a long tradition of choral music in social justice work. Imagine us singing together to disrupt, singing together to reach new people and singing together to move the hearts of the powerful decision-makers of New York.  

Our plans are still coming together and we will follow up as soon as we have more details. For now, we are interested to see who is interested in joining such a choir. We will be inviting those who express interest to learn 3 songs and join us at least 1 action in Albany and 1 action in your region between December and April of next year.  

We are consulting with doctors and will be following health and safety protocols for singing. Vaccination will be required to be part of the chorus.
