Your CFA Bargaining Team has been meeting with CSU management for nine months. We’ve made a number of proposals centered on strengthening RIGHTS, RESPECT, and JUSTICE for faculty, students, and our CSU communities.

It is clear that CSU management, through their proposals, care only about increasing their authority and reducing faculty rights on campus.

We need faculty to show solidarity: the more faculty we have supporting us, the more successful we will be at the table improving faculty rights and winning the raises our faculty deserve.
