On Dec, 22, 2020, a Texas Court heard a case on whether DACA is lawful. Although the hearing is over, Judge Hanen, who heard the case, has still NOT released a decision. For now, Initial DACA applications, DACA renewals, and Advance Parole Applications are still being accepted.
