Peer-to-peer (P2P) texting has become a critical tool for reaching voters—for candidate name recognition, election awareness, volunteer recruitment, persuasion, answering voter questions on issues, absentee voting information, early voting awareness, and GOTV.

Peer-to-peer texting uses an online program that allows volunteers to send many text messages simultaneously and engage with voters as they respond. You are NOT using your own cell phone and you don't even see the recipients phone number.  

Text messaging has been proven to increase voter turnout! You can help no matter where you live, you just need access to a computer.
