In More Perfect Union’s latest report we speak with current and former UPS workers who had to go to court to receive the care they needed after workplace injuries.

After an injury, UPS sends its employees to specific health clinics that push UPS workers right back to work, without the necessary X-rays or MRIs to properly diagnose their injuries or provide treatment. This corporate-controlled chain of clinics is called Concentra, and it’s a massive nationwide chain, which suggests that UPS isn’t the only employer who does this.

In our exclusive reporting, one UPS driver reports being followed by UPS, Liberty Mutual (their insurance carrier) or a private investigator after reporting the dates and times of his upcoming health appointments to UPS.
