• Almost half (49%) of renters in District E experience one or more of the following: spending more than 30% of their income on rent, inadequate plumbing or kitchen, or overcrowding.
• 45% of renters in District E spend more than 30% of their income on rent
• About 2% of Houston unsheltered population can be found in District E, but no transitional housing can be found in this District.
