This week our City Council brazenly ignored residents, sided with lobbyists, special interests and developers, and voted to approve the Catalyst scheme, despite a scientific Forum Research poll showing 65% of Regina residents are opposed to a downtown arena.

It's time to plan the next steps to Stop Catalyst. But the YQR Action community cannot do it without you. After all, it is you!

Many people have started calling for a referendum on Catalyst under the Cities Act, a process which involves lots of work and has several steps. But many people are outraged that Council ignored the overwhelming majority of Regina residents and saddled them with new costs when they can least afford it.

So now we're asking you to please answer our survey -- Do we need a Referendum on Catalyst?
