In October, the Snohomish County Planning Department issued a Determination of Nonsignificance for the the North Seattle Lateral Uprgrade pipeline expansion in south Snohomish County. A coalition of community groups, including Protectors of the Salish Sea, 350 Eastside, 350 Seattle, PIlchuck Audubon, and Mothers Out Front Puget Sound, is working to appeal the decision.
