On his way out the door, Donald Trump set off an economic bomb in Cuba by adding the country to the State Department's "State Sponsors of Terror" (SSOT) list. Besides being factually unfounded and morally outrageous, it also has the effect of cutting Cuba out of the international financial system and exacerbating the humanitarian crisis inflicted by the US blockade. We demand that Cuba removed from the SSOT, and that the US open a path to normalization with Cuba.
