We are the Ecosocialist Working Group of the New York City chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), the largest socialist organization in the nation. Together, we've helped to elect socialist candidates like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Julia Salazar, build militant labor unions, and win the strongest rent protections in the nation for New York State. Now, we're putting in the work to organize and grow a mass movement for a Green New Deal that tackles the root cause of climate change—the capitalist system.
