CUPE Alberta is inviting you to join our members in the healthcare sector in support and solidarity at this critical moment for the sector in the province for a Healthcare Day of Action in Edmonton, September 14, 2024.

Wages have not kept up with skyrocketing rates of inflation over the last several years. Bids to privatize services have left our system hobbled. Staffing and retention issues have put patients in need of urgent care at greater risk.

Now more than ever, we need your support.

CUPE healthcare workers in Edmonton are hosting a Healthcare Day of Action in response to these crises, in support and solidarity with healthcare workers across the province. The events will take place on September 14, 2024 with speakers, food, and transportation available from select locations for folks who need it.
