Thank you for applying to the Education Advocacy Training Program. There are 35 spots for parents and students eighth grade and above. Chosen participants will be notified via email on Wednesday March 1st.

Attendance to all four workshops is mandatory in order to receive the $500 stipend.

• Workshop #1: Understanding the Ombudsperson Office (Wednesday March 15th 5:45- 7:45pm)
• Workshop #2: Bullying & Harassment (Wednesday April 12th, 6-8pm)
• Workshop #3: Special Education: Know Your Rights (Wednesday May 17th, 6-8pm)
• Workshop #4: Suspensions and Expulsions (Tuesday June 6th, 6-8pm)

Due to the volume of applicants from New Castle County, we will hold the workshops in New Castle County.  Transportation assistance is available for those who need it.
