End Meaningless Metrics

For too many front-line bank workers, the only thing keeping us above minimum wage are bonuses based on performance metrics and sales goals. But, those numbers are often unreflective of reality. and as we've seen at Wells Fargo, can put pressure on workers to behave unethically to make numbers.
