The purpose of the "Who Am I?" reflection exercise is for Facing Racism participants to explore your own values, beliefs, and experiences to better understand how these factors influence who you are and how you view the world. This is an opportunity for you to consider what your answers reveal about who you are and what early experiences you encountered that have shaped you as a person and a future anti-racism practitioner.
