Find out more about being a non-target candidate (or help in another way!)

Being a non-target candidate is probably the biggest thing you can do for the local party with the least effort.

In many areas we can't win this time but we can take the first step on the ladder to a Green win in the future, that first step could start with you putting your name on the ballot paper and giving people the opportunity to vote Green, often for the first time!

Being a non-target candidate means just 2 signatures and 10 minutes of paper work. There is no campaigning at all and you are extremely unlikely to win because it takes years of dedicated campaigning for a Green win.

If we stand Green candidates then we are building our movement for the future and to do that we need your help.

If you could help with standing as a non-target candidate, or enabling others to do so, or just want to learn more then please fill in the form and we'll get back to you.

If you could help in some other capacity or just want to know more about your local Green team please fill in the form and we'll get back to you.

Some areas in the South East don't have elections this year:

Oxford City, Buckinghamshire (excluding Milton Keynes), Fareham & Gosport, Adur, Hastings. But they will have in future and need your help!
