Focus Groups - A Big Local basic income for Jarrow

Big Local Central Jarrow is working towards a local pilot of basic income with support from the Local Trust and Basic Income Conversation.

As part of this project there will be a series of focus groups to gather crucial information on what the community thinks about the project. This will be fed into the pilot proposal report that will be published in 2023.

At the focus groups we will ask people:
  • What they think about basic income
  • What they think about the project
  • How they think a local pilot should be designed
  • And, if they want to share, personal experiences that they think are relevant to the project.
The dates for the scheduled sessions are:
Wednesday 9th November, 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursday 10th November, 1:30pm - 4:30pm

The information you share with us will be used by Basic Income Conversation and Big Local Central Jarrow to coordinate these focus groups.
