Since she was sworn in as a Supreme Court justice in 1993, Ruth Bader Ginsburg has fought for fairness and the rule of law, no matter who the litigants are. That is why she is adored by working people and those of us who have felt vulnerable.

She’s recovering from three fractured ribs after falling Wednesday. While we’d all give her one of our ribs if we could, one thing we can do right now is send her our best wishes for a speedy recovery.
