As state employees we know – dealing with the state is never easy. But we must continue fighting and holding the state accountable for what we won in our contract and in the state legislature.

Governor Joe Lombardo,

During the 82nd legislative session, we fought for and won funding to reinstate a longevity pay program that rewards all Nevada state employees for our commitment to our communities.

AB522 funds longevity pay awards for ALL state employees who meet the criteria of 8 or more years of continuous state service. By withholding these awards to dedicated state employees, you are breaking the law.

We demand you pay all eligible state employees the longevity pay award we have rightfully earned for our commitment to serving Nevada.
