On Tuesday March 17, 2020, Pennsylvanians in House Districts 18 (Bucks County) and 58 (Westmoreland County) will vote in special elections where TWO union members could be elected to the State House. Howard Hayes, a 20 year member of UA Local 690, is running for the open seat in House District 18 in Bucks County. Veteran and firefighter Robert Prah, a PSEA member at California University of PA, is running for House District 58 in Westmoreland County.
