Marchers are leaders. You can help lead the 2018 Women's March in Houston by serving as Event Marshals, March and Rally preparation, T-shirts, sign-making, communications, crowd-funding, County Chapters, first aid, and community bridges.

In 2017, we began recruiting Women to help plan and lead the 2018 March. In addition to contacting progressive organizations and women-focused groups, we posted sign-up links online, asking anyone who wanted to help lead to sign up. More than 100 people joined as leaders, empowered to plan and direct the 2018 March.

Fred Rogers, the host of "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood," said: When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, “Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”

That idea exemplifies the spirit of Houston Marchers today. Join us and become activated as a volunteer leader and helper.
