We will be giving out HSDA organizer badges to celebrate the time and effort our members have put into bettering this organization! Badges will be given according the number of hours documented:

• 2 hours-Merit
• 10 hours-Honor
• 25 hours-Excellence
• 50 hours-Distinction, mug will be given
• 85 hours-Special Distinction, shirt will be given
• 100 hours-Superior Distinction, trophy will be given

Click here for the template we have provided to record your hours. Please make a copy of this template, and title it "Your name-Badge Hours." Paste the link to your log in the space given. Make sure you include the data, time, activity, and location for each entry. HSDA maintains the ability to check the validity of any hours completed.
