Together, we have accomplished so much at worksites across Florida. We’ve won real pay raises that have helped families pursue their dreams. We have secured safer worksites, better equipment, paid time off and much more. A secure job with health care benefits, a process to handle grievances and the right to a real and deserved retirement.  

!e won all of this standing together at the bargaining table. The work is far from done and there are more fights to win. The only way to keep marching in the right direction is through our contract. Promises from the boss are just words and they can disappear tomorrow. But our contract is a guarantee of a better tomorrow.

You have the power to keep your right to bargain a contract. If you were an AFSCME member before, you must join again to continue your membership. If you were not a member, then now is the time to join so we don't lose all that has brought us here.  We can do hard things. We’ve done it before and we will do it again if we do it together.
