Last week, 17 GOP lawmakers introduced a Congressional Review Act (CRA) to block SAVE, President Biden’s income-driven student loan repayment plan.

Student loan payments are set to resume October 1, and Biden’s SAVE plan could save millions of borrowers nearly $2000 a year on average. This plan will minimize the burden of monthly student loan payments following the GOP’s successful attempt at blocking Biden’s plan to provide up to $20,000 in student debt cancellation for some borrowers.

Denying millions of borrowers student debt relief wasn’t enough it seems. Now, the GOP is back at it, trying to overturn the new income-driven repayment plan. We can’t let them build momentum this time around.

Tell congress: oppose the CRA to block SAVE and stand with millions of borrowers being crushed by predatory debt.
