March with GND UK at the London Global Day of Action for Climate Justice

In just over a week's time world leaders will be meeting in Glasgow for the 26th Conference of Parties to decide what they are going to do to tackle the climate crisis. There's never been a better time for a show of solidarity among everyone who cares about our future.

On Saturday 6th November, while talks are in progress, we will be taking part in a global day of action to show our leaders that we want them to act urgently to address global warming.

Join us to show your support for Climate Justice and a Green New Deal. We will meet at Cannon Street station at 11.30am, slightly before the march is due to leave from the Bank of England at 12 noon. It's going to be a momentous day of solidarity and connection among everyone in London who believes in climate justice.

Please wear something black (or your GND/ GND Rising T-Shirt!), and bring posters that show your support for climate justice and a Green New Deal, and as many friends as possible.

We’re also organising a painting session on Saturday 30 October from 2pm to 5pm in Bethnal Green, where we'll be creating those banners and spray painting our t-shirts ready for the march. Join us if you want to get creative and help us make a visual impact! (We’ll share the exact location via email after you sign up). Tell us if you're coming to our banner making below.

We look forward to seeing you!
