Our fantastic Support Team is here for all our members. We are the people making sure everyone's needs are met and enabling our other teams to go far.

We are quite a person-centred team, so you might like to join us if you enjoy checking-in with people, organising support, developing internal systems and working aross multiple teams.

By joining our team, you could:

• Learn how to develop internal training and resources.

• Gain experience coaching and developing volunteers.

• Learn about fostering positive organising cultures, anti-oppression, safeguarding, accountability and other internal processes.

• Gain experience designing new digital systems to organise activists.
