In DSA Eugene-Springfield chapter, the field of local electoral and legislative politics has been mostly considered out of our reach, beyond a handful of local ballot initiatives. But as Democratic Socialists, it is our responsibility to engage with the electoral process as well, and to find our own place within it. Join the Electoral-Legislative Working Group to help us overhaul our endorsement system, coordinate our chapter’s efforts with campaigns or politicians that share our values, and make ourselves a presence within the political landscape of Oregon politics!
