Tamir Rice was only 12 years old when he was killed by Cleveland police in November 2014. The struggle to obtain justice for Tamir has been ongoing since that time. In November 2020 it was revealed that the Department of Justice denied requests to convene a grand jury and did not inform counsel or the Rice family of the decision, and thus "running out the clock" on one line of justice. And so the struggle continues in 2021. Thank you to the many who have helped in these last seven years, and we need your help to continue to this work.
