The Florida Department of Education announced the rejection of 54 Math textbooks proposed for Florida’s 2.8 million public school students because they included “indoctrinating concepts” and “Critical Race Theory.”

Politico reports Governor Ron DeSantis is feeling the heat. He’s been on defense all week.

In fact, when called on to prove it, the Governor tried to distract from their lack of evidence by pointing to something that happened in another state that has absolutely nothing to do with textbooks or... Florida.

Rep. Carlos Smith probably put it best:

Let’s call their bluff and keep them on defense.
