New Year, Same Struggle, New Campaign!

Current and former international students like you are meeting up to get to know each other, talk about our struggles and what we can do to improve our lives. COVID-19 has shown how unfair permit and immigration rules make our lives difficult and put us in crisis.

Join the next Migrant Student United General Membership Meeting, on February 23rd, 07- 08:30 PM to talk more about our collective struggle. This year, we are fighting for:

  • Removal of the 20 hour work limit on the study permit

  • Permanently renewable post graduate work permits (PGWP), including for private college students

  • Real access to PR by counting all work, including in-school, NOC C&D, gig work

  • Full and permanent immigration status for all

Sign up below to join - we will send you more details.

Can't come but interested in joining future meetings? Sign up anyway and we will get in touch.

Migrant Students United is a group of current and former international students uniting for justice. Get involved and join us to win fair rules, equal rights and PR status for all of us!

Organizing works! During the pandemic, we organized and won many important changes to immigration rules, including a one-time renewable post graduate work permit (PGWP) and the TR to PR immigration program. But too many of us are still left behind.
