We are Catholic Health - the thousands of union CH employees. We work hard providing care and services for our patients at our hospitals and our residents at our nursing homes.
CH works because we do. Even though we may work at different facilities and are represented by different unions, we all have the same mission and the same purpose - to provide a high standard of quality care. In the same way, we should have one high standard of working conditions, wages and benefits, one union contract that recognizes the important work we do. We deserve nothing less.
We have been divided too long. Together, we can make CH not only the best place to receive care, but also the best place to work in Western New York.
