Hear from the Service Lead at the Watford Meadowell Clinic, which runs a "one stop shop" service that brings together physical and mental health services alongside addiction, housing and benefit support services to enable the most vulnerable, such as people facing homelessness, to access the support they deserve in an accessible and straightforward way.

Dr Martha Ford will give a presentation explaining the model, how it is funded and run, and she will answer questions from community leaders across Citizens who want to take action in their local area to the barriers facing homeless and other vulnerable people.
