Order Form: March 20 All-Out Hospital Rallies

If you are organizing an All-Out Rally at your hospital on March 20 in support of your bargaining demand for registered nurse-to-patient ratios, please complete the form on this page to order the following materials for your Bargaining Unit:

“Count Me In” commitment cards
Placards. Two placards with the slogans “Nursing Ratios Now!” and “Safe Staffing Saves Lives” will be included in your order.
Leaflets
Chant sheets

Orders should be placed by one designated member from your Bargaining Unit (the Bargaining Unit President, Local Coordinator or Bargaining Action Team contact).

The deadline to place your order is March 10, 2025.

Please note: Your “Count Me In” commitment cards will be mailed immediately. All other rally materials (placards, leaflets and chant sheets) will be mailed no later than March 11.
