At away day there was lots of appetite among staff to spend more time in person wherever timings and capacity allow. This is a quick survey to follow up on an idea raised at our away days to hold an in person weekend / week day event for all Tipping Point organisers to delve into organising theory, practise in person roleplays, learn from each others successes and difficulties, and strengthen our cohesive organising model to further our collective work
