This moment — right here, right now — is a direct testament to the undeniable power of immigrant youth and our allies. For four years we’ve fought the Trump Administration’s attacks every step of the way. We trained thousands of people on how to stop deportations. We closed down detention camps. We won at the Supreme Court when DACA was attacked.  

The election results are a clear mandate from voters for policies that reject greed and white supremacy and that value people over profit. But this is just the beginning for us.

• We demand immediate protections for our people, starting with the reinstatement and expansion of DACA and TPS.

• We demand immigrants be a crucial part of COVID-19 relief and recovery, which should include a pathway to citizenship for all immigrants.

• We demand a moratorium on enforcement, the release of immigrants held in ICE and CBP detention camps and their closure; and the right of people to come home who have been deported

• We demand the defunding of ICE, CBP and police, including the end to collaboration between these forces.

• Exigimos protecciones inmediatas para nuestra gente, comenzando con el restablecimiento y expansión de DACA y TPS.

• Exigimos que los inmigrantes sean una parte crucial del alivio y la recuperación de COVID-19, que debe incluir un camino hacia la ciudadanía para todos los inmigrantes.

• Exigimos una moratoria sobre el enforzamiento , la liberación de los inmigrantes detenidos en los campos de detención de ICE y CBP y su cierre; y el derecho a regresar a casa de las personas deportadas.

• Exigimos el retiro de fondos de ICE, CBP y la policía, y el fin de la colaboración entre estas fuerzas.
