In an effort to better understand the progressive groups in Pennsylvania and meet their needs, we'd like group leaders to fill out this survey.  This will allow us to improve coordination, connect groups with others with a similar focus, and eliminate the duplication of efforts.
Please enter your group's home location (not the leaders), group's main email address, etc. and select "Group" in the Profile Status.  This will allow us to distinguish between individuals and groups in our contact management system.
