Pledge to support In-state tuition for Dreamers in Arizona this November 8.

This November 8th, Proposition 308 will be on the AZ Ballot.

Prop. 308 would provide in-state tuition to ALL Arizona high school graduates regardless of immigration status. If passed, Dreamers who have lived in Arizona for more than two years and graduated from an AZ high school can be eligible for in-state tuition.

What is Prop. 308?

Prop. 308 asks AZ voters in 2022 Arizona Ballot whether Dreamers should qualify for in-state tuition.

A “Yes” vote

  • A “Yes” would allow Arizona Dreamers who have lived in Arizona for more than two years and graduated from an AZ high school to be eligible for in-state tuition rates and state-funded scholarships.

A “No” vote

  • Nothing changes. Arizona Dreamers will not be eligible for in-state tuition.
Who Would Benefit?:
  • Any student who graduated from an Arizona public school or equivalent and attended school in Arizona for a minimum of two years

  • More Arizona students would be eligible for in-state tuition.

  • A foreseeable net increase in Arizona college graduates.
