Trader Joe’s and Elon Musk have both been accused of unlawful, anti-union behavior by the NLRB – so now, they’re taking aim at the entire institution.

In court, their lawyers have argued that their union-busting, anti-worker decisions were legal because the entire National Labor Relations Board is unconstitutional – meaning that they can’t be held accountable for their crimes.

They couldn’t be more wrong. But we need to make sure the Supreme Court tosses their arguments, and protects one of the most important pro-worker institutions in the United States. Will you sign your name to demand SCOTUS protect the NLRB?
