Albany must act now to protect our democracy without delay — before it’s too late.
The Fair Elections for New York coalition supporters are hosting a press conference in the Million Dollar Staircase on Thursday, March 30. Together, we're calling on Governor Hochul, Majority Leader Stewart-Cousins, Speaker Heastie, and State Senate and Assembly members to honor their publicly stated commitment to the Public Campaign Finance Program as reflected in their respective budget proposals. Tell them to keep their promise to protect and expand our democracy by funding and implementing the PCFP this year in time for the 2024 elections.
